Logan Homes, a residential and commercial builder, needed a brand and marketing message to appeal to prospective clients. Their current logo, while clean and simple, spoke more to a construction audience than mature adults looking for a second home along the coast.
In order to reposition Logan Homes as a premier builder in Southeastern North Carolina, I stepped into the shoes of a customer and visited a few of their properties. During this research, I observed signage and marketing collateral from both Logan and their competitors.
I then worked with a small team of designers and photographers to create a brand that would stand out among the competition and also reflect the coastal lifestyle Logan was offering to their clients.
I designed the 8-page brochure shown here and helped with other print and interactive pieces as well.
